2. Agent Eligibility

• No duplicate or fake listings
• QuickAgents360 may approve or remove listings

4. Verification & Due Diligence

QuickAgents360 may verify property details. Agents remain responsible for authenticity of documents.

5. Commissions & Representation

QuickAgents360 may act as a representative in property transactions and earn commission from completed deals.

6. Communication

Agents must communicate professionally and provide accurate information to buyers.

7. Prohibited Activities

• Fake listings
• Fraudulent practices
• Misleading information

8. Suspension

QuickAgents360 may suspend or terminate accounts for violations.

9. Liability

Agents are responsible for listings. QuickAgents360 is not liable for disputes.

Terms may be updated at any time.

1. Introduction

By registering as a seller on QuickAgents360, you agree to comply with this Seller Agreement.

2. Nature of the Platform

QuickAgents360 operates as a marketplace connecting buyers and independent sellers. We do not own, inspect, or approve product listings.

3. Seller Responsibilities

• Provide accurate and truthful product information
• Upload genuine product images
• Ensure correct pricing and condition
• Take full responsibility for listed items

4. Product Listings

• Only list products you own or are authorized to sell
• No duplicate or misleading listings
• Clearly state product condition
• Keep listings updated

5. Sold Items

Sellers must immediately mark products as "Sold" once unavailable. Failure to do so may result in restrictions.

6. Transactions

All transactions are conducted directly between buyers and sellers outside the platform. QuickAgents360 does not handle payments or delivery.

7. Prohibited Activities

• Fake or non-existent products
• Misleading descriptions or images
• Fraudulent practices

8. Account Suspension

QuickAgents360 may remove listings or suspend accounts involved in violations or suspicious activity.

9. Liability Disclaimer

QuickAgents360 is not responsible for product quality or transactions. Sellers bear full responsibility.

This agreement may be updated at any time. Continued use means acceptance.
